The Sigh album is excellent as far as I'm concerned.

Crypt Sermon is on the purchase list.

Yep, definitely enjoyed the new Sigh a lot, though not as much as I did "In Somniphobia".

Check out the new Speedwhore, very cool black/speed/thrash record. I also loved the come-back album of Canadian black metal masters Megiddo \m/

For me, "In Somniphobia" is one of the best things Sigh has ever done. "Graveward", I just can't get into. It has its moments, but overall it just sounds like aimless noodling to me, like too many ideas competing for center stage. Sigh usually manage to strike a good balance between the metal and the symphony, but "Graveward" is just too symphonic and pompous for my taste.

I'd prefer the 180 gram but those are getting harder to find even though some retailers claim that it is.

Very cool. There are some good newer doom metal bands as of late. Anguish being one for example.
